Bexar Pipeline & Utilities has been family-owned and operated since its founding in 1996. With over 70 years of combined experience in the construction industry, our founders, Woodrow W. Bratcher and Ronald D. Schwarz, specialize in the installation of utility services, gas pipelines, excavation, and hydro excavation.

We are dedicated to maintaining safe, reliable operations and are firmly committed to upholding a drug- and alcohol-free workplace. Safety
We prioritize the safety and competence of our workers by requiring all employees to complete mandatory 811 seminars, along with CPR, AED, and fire safety training.
